At Glasshammer Studios, we are passionate about providing memorable, hands-on creative experiences.

While we do not offer refunds, we understand that sometimes plans change, and we are more than happy to accommodate our clients in thoughtful and flexible ways.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled class, workshop, or event, we offer the following options to ensure you still receive the full value of your booking:

1. Reschedule Your Session

Life happens — if you’re unable to make your original date, we can arrange for you to attend on a different date.

Rescheduling is subject to availability, but we will do our best to find a time that works for you.

We kindly ask for as much notice as possible to facilitate this change smoothly.

2. Studio Credit / Voucher

Rather than a refund, we can issue you a voucher equal to the full value of your booking.

This voucher can be used towards any future class, event, or workshop hosted by Glasshammer Studios.

It’s a flexible option that lets you enjoy a creative experience at a time that suits you.

3. Gallery Credit

Prefer to take something beautiful home with you instead? Your booking credit can be applied toward a purchase from our on-site gallery, which features a curated collection of handcrafted glass art and unique pieces made right here in our studio.

We strive to be as accommodating as possible and value your support and understanding of our refund policy.
