New Photography Workshop With Fused Glass

Would you love to transfer a precious family photo or personal image onto glass?
This workshop gives you the unique opportunity to create a beautiful fused-glass
artwork featuring your own image.
How it works

1. Submit your photo
Email your chosen photo to info@glasshammer.ie by 7th February 2026.
We’ll have your image printed as a special ceramic decal in the UK.

2. Image preparation
I’ll transfer and fire your decal image onto glass, ready for you to work with on
the day.

3. Workshop day (14th March)
You’ll design and create your fused glass background to complement your
image — perhaps a landscape, a textured backdrop, or layers of colour and
text. You’ll have the chance to paint or draw over your image and add your
own artistic touches.
Your artwork

You’ll create one large piece (approx. 450 mm square), with the option to shape or
curve it further through an extra slump firing if desired.
